When you join the Sharevest waitlist, we may collect the following information:

• Email address — to notify you about beta access, product updates, and future launch information
• Primary broker — to better understand our target audience and prioritize future broker integrations
• Invite intent — to estimate interest in community and challenge-based features

Providing broker information and invite preferences is voluntary.

Your submitted data may be securely stored using third-party infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the waitlist and beta program (for example database or email delivery providers).

In addition, this website may use your browser's localStorage functionality to temporarily remember your registration state on your device.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

We process your personal data based on your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (DSGVO), which you provide when voluntarily submitting the waitlist form.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Your data will only be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or until you request deletion.

If the beta program is discontinued or your data is no longer needed, it will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data may only be shared with carefully selected service providers required for operating the waitlist, infrastructure, or communication systems, and only under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements where required.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data

This website uses PostHog, a privacy-friendly analytics tool hosted on EU infrastructure (eu.i.posthog.com), to understand how visitors interact with the site. PostHog may collect anonymized usage data such as page views, click events, and referral sources (UTM parameters).

PostHog is configured in identified_only mode and does not create profiles for anonymous visitors. No advertising networks or data brokers receive your information.

We may also use essential browser storage technologies (such as localStorage) to improve the waitlist experience and remember certain user interactions on your device.

This website does not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or profiling cookies.

Sharevest is currently an early-stage product and beta concept.

The website and waitlist do not provide financial services, brokerage services, investment recommendations, or financial advice.

Sharevest Light is a separate, experimental test feature reachable at sharevest.app/app. It is for entertainment and testing purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.

Sharevest Light uses a dedicated login (email + one-time code, no password) separate from the main Sharevest account system, so it works across your devices. We store your username, email, portfolio positions (ticker and quantity only — never purchase price, purchase date, or portfolio value) and group memberships. Prices shown come from Sharevest's existing market-data cache and may be delayed or inaccurate.

Other users can only ever see your username, avatar and performance percentage inside groups you've joined — never your portfolio value, positions, or quantities, even via direct API access. Groups in Sharevest Light are open: anyone can create a group, browse and join any group, and leave at any time; only a group's creator can remove members from it or delete the group.
